Join or Die Loyalty Program Terms

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, members of  the Join or Die Loyalty Program (the “Program”) will earn Loyalty Dollars and other benefits in connection with the purchase of qualifying products at Surplus Provisions. The Join or Die Loyalty Program is valid in-store only and will not be applied to any online purchases.

Membership Account

No purchase is necessary to obtain membership in the Join or Die Loyalty Program.  Membership in the Program is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Persons under the age of 18 ("Minors") must obtain their parents' or legal guardians' consent prior to participation. By submitting an application for the Program, you agree (or, if you are a Minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these terms and conditions. To enroll in the Program, you must provide your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. The Program is void where prohibited by law.  Members are entitled to only one Member Account. You may apply to become a member of the Program by completing an application in-store at Surplus Provisions.

Each Join or Die Loyalty Program member ("Member") will receive an account number that is unique to such Member ("Account").  Accounts are issued in-store at the time the customer enrolls in the Program. No credit or cash will be given for unused Loyalty Dollars. Program account numbers are not transferable and are not for sale, resale or barter. Surplus Provisions is not responsible for use of a Member's account or redemption of a Member's Loyalty Dollars in the event the Member's account is stolen and the account is used or the Loyalty Dollars are redeemed prior to the Member informing Surplus Provisions that the Member's account has been stolen.

Members must keep their personal information on their Account up-to-date by visiting Surplus Provisions. The information you provide as a member of the Program will be handled according to Surplus Provisions’ privacy policy. To learn more about Surplus Provisions’ Privacy Policy, please visit www.SurplusProvisions.com. You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, any unused Loyalty Dollars accrued in your account will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed.

Membership Benefits

Members must be signed into Member Account by providing phone number or email address at the time of purchase.  If the sale is completed without being signed into your Member Account, you may email a copy of your receipt with your Account information within 30 days of completed purchase to service@SurplusProvisions.com and the Loyalty Dollars received in the purchase will be added to your Member Account. The Join or Die Loyalty Program is not valid for online purchases.

Loyalty Dollars Members will earn Loyalty Dollars on in-store purchases.  Loyalty Dollars never expire and are redeemable as soon as your next purchase.  Loyalty Dollars are earned on all products except gift cards, ammunition, special orders, Member Only priced items, and some sale items.  If an item that earned Loyalty Dollars is returned, the Loyalty Dollars earned on that item will be debited from the Member Account. If a return will cause your Member Account to have a negative Loyalty Dollar balance, a store credit will be issued on the return regardless of your original form of payment.  When a Member makes a qualifying purchase using a gift card, the Member will earn Loyalty Dollars on the amount of the purchase. Members may also earn additional Loyalty Dollars on non-purchase activities in accordance with the terms published by Surplus Provisions. Members may also earn additional Loyalty Dollars on certain purchases from eligible third parties in accordance with the terms published by Surplus Provisions. 

Exclusive Member Pricing on Ammunition Members receive 20% off all ammunition. You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle and shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. 

Monthly Member Only Sales Members will receive special pricing on select items at Surplus Provisions.  All Member Priced items will have a yellow tag with Member Pricing on it.  Member Only sales will be posted out to Surplus Provisions’ Facebook Page and emailed in a Monthly Newsletter.

Military and Law Enforcement receive an additional 5% off.  Members that are Military or Law Enforcement will receive 5% off of their purchase and earn Loyalty Dollars. Members must show valid ID to receive this additional discount.  This additional discount is not valid on gift cards, ammunition, special orders, Member Only priced items, or sale items. 

Special Orders Members have the ability to special order thousands of products that are not regularly stocked in store.  Special orders will receive free shipping to store for pickup at a later date.  Receival dates are estimated as best we can and are not guaranteed.  Special orders must be prepaid in full and are non-returnable.

General

By joining the Join or Die Loyalty Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these Program Terms. Surplus Provisions reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict Loyalty Dollars or any aspect of the Program, at any time. Any changes can be made without advance notice. Surplus Provisions may make these changes even though such changes may affect the Member's ability to use Loyalty Dollars already accumulated. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. A Member's Loyalty Dollar balance, as reflected in Surplus Provisions’ records, shall be deemed correct. Surplus Provisions reserves the right to determine the amount of Loyalty Dollars in any Member's account based on Surplus Provisions’ internal records related to such Member's account. In the event of an inconsistency between the amount accrued in a Member's account as stated on any Member's receipt and Surplus Provisions’ internal records, Surplus Provisions’ internal records will control. Surplus Provisions assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect Member information. Your right to transfer Loyalty Dollars earned or granted under the Program is strictly limited. The sale of Loyalty Dollars is prohibited and may result in the confiscation or cancellation of your Loyalty Dollars as well as suspension or termination of your membership, which in each case shall be final and conclusive. Surplus Provisions may revoke any Member's membership in the Join or Die Loyalty Program at any time if such Member engages in abuse of the Program or fails to follow the terms and conditions of the Program. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of Loyalty Dollars or redemption of Loyalty Dollars may result in revocation of membership in the Program and may affect a Member's eligibility for participation in any other Surplus Provisions program. Loyalty Dollars are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The interpretation and application of the Program's Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion and determination of Surplus Provisions.
