Shipping

We ship orders via FedEx and USPS depending on the size of the items ordered and the ship to location. Shipping prices are a flat rate and are based on the total order weight as shown in the chart below. We offer Priority Mail 1-3 Day shipping upgrades for orders that weigh less than 2 lbs. All orders over 1 lb are shipped Priority Mail or FedEx depending on weight and ship to location.

 

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii:

For orders over 2 lbs shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories there will be a surcharge added to the postage cost during checkout to cover the higher shipping costs. Our shipping calculator estimates the cost, however, the actual shipping cost may vary. So for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, we ask that you contact us for a shipping quote before making payment. If payment is made using the estimated shipping costs provided by our site we may need to send another bill for any additional shipping surcharges. 

 

Processing Time:

About 90% of orders are shipped same business day if the order is placed before 1:00PM EST. If purchased after your order will be shipped next day. Certain products such as case lots, Jerry cans, and Propur water filter systems are shipped within 1-3 Business days.

 

Transit Times:

All orders 1 lb or less are shipped USPS First Class Mail which has a transit time of 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Orders over 1 lb will be shipped either Priority Mail or FedEx Ground / Home Delivery. Most orders between 1-3 lbs will be shipped via Priority Mail 1-3 business days. Orders over 3lbs are shipped Fedex Ground / Home Delivery 2-5 business days. Since these are shipped FedEx, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. If 1-2 day shipping is needed we also offer Express Mail - just contact us for a shipping quote.  First Class Mail International transit times vary between 2 to 5 weeks.  Canadian and Priority Mail shipments average around 8 to 15 business days.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

Military Products - We ship military surplus items within the United States only. The U.S. International Traffic In Arms Regulations (ITAR) Part 121 prohibits the export of military items.

PO Box addresses - Orders over 3 lbs are shipped via FedEx ground. Since FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes we will need a physical address to ship to. A home, business, UPS Box or FedEx Box are all acceptable address locations.
